General Information:

The 70th reunion is open to all KUAE alumni and guests.  A major focus of the reunion will be the recognition of the Department's 40+ years of Excellence in Aerospace Design Education.  Special recognition will be given to the alumni who have participated in a national aircraft, engine or spacecraft design competition while at KU.  Professor Jan Roskam will be inducted into the KUAE Honor Roll to recognize the key role that he played in Aerospace Design Education's creation and many successes.  This induction will be done at the Saturday Banquet

There will be a colloquium, mixer, tours of department buildings, awards banquet, symposium, and banquet.

Registration Information:

Registration has closed.  For late registration please call the AE office: 785-864-4267

There will be a single registration fee of $50 for alumni and friends of the department.  Each registered attendee can also bring guests who will be charged $25.  These flat fees will cover the Friday colloquium and Dole Center mixer, the Saturday tours, awards luncheon, symposium, and banquet.
*Fee covers shuttle between Learned Hall and AE airport facilities

Hotel and Travel Information:

Room blocks have been reserved for the following hotels.  Block size based on hotel availability.
Oread Hotel: 7 rooms for entire weekend. 4 rooms for just Saturday. (785) 843-1200

Holiday Inn Express: 10 rooms. (785) 749-7555

Books your rooms early and identify: University of Kansas Aerospace Engineering.  These rooms will be held until April 3 or until the room block is full.
